How can a Registered Holistic Nutritionist help me?

As CSNN Graduates, first and foremost we are educators in wellness and illness prevention. The comprehensive training we have taken is focused on sciences, body functions and symptoms, sustainable local foods, food production and processes, supplements, healthy lifestyle practices, and the connection between the body, mind and spirit. With education on the functions of the digestive, immune, hormonal and other whole-body systems we have been trained to recognize food intolerance and allergies, blood sugar fluctuations, nutritional deficiencies and causes of inflammation, which are factors in many health conditions.

Needs change if you are looking to build muscle and lean out for the summer season or increase muscle mass and build strength. It can be difficult when you are busy working, in school, play multiple sports or are building a family; to make sure you are eating right. It is especially important to keep up with a varied healthy diet when living a busy active life to reduce oxidative damage from physical and mental stress. Let me do the hard work and we can create a nutrition plan that works best for your routine.

10. Children’s Health

This can be one of the hardest tackles as a parent, guardian, auntie, uncle or babysitter. Food is something that can be controlled and children seem to figure that out quick. I get it, sometimes I have a thing with texture too. I have heard that some children won’t eat a particular food due to its colour and sometimes its just ewwwwwwww. But we want them fed, healthy, smart and strong.  As our children grow we watch the seasons pass new nutrition requirements change for growth as they develop and puberty starts to become a scary future. Let’s work together to find the best ways to integrate more healthy into their diets, and opening them up to the world of food and what it can do for us.
